About Agricola Studio
Agricola Studio is the artistic practice and studio of Danish artist Agricola. Based in Denmark, the studio offers original artworks and, where explicitly stated, selected editions.

Artworks
Unless otherwise stated, all artworks sold through Agricola Studio are original, one-of-a-kind works of art by Agricola. We strive to present each artwork as accurately as possible. However, colours and details may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and device. Minor differences between the digital representation and the physical artwork do not constitute a defect.
Orders
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase an artwork. Your order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation and payment has been successfully processed. Agricola Studio reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if necessary.
Prices
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country of residence and will be stated at checkout where possible.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Agricola Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control. Responsibility for the shipment passes to you once the artwork has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Returns
Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including artworks, text, images, photography, graphics and design elements, remains the intellectual property of Agricola Studio unless otherwise stated. The purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights or commercial usage rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, sell or otherwise use any material without prior written permission.
Website Use
You may only use this website for lawful purposes. You may not misuse, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its services.
Limitation of Liability
Agricola Studio is not liable for indirect losses, delays or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable Danish and European Union consumer legislation.
Changes to These Terms
Agricola Studio reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on this website.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
