Refund policy

Returns
In accordance with Danish and European Union consumer legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return your artwork within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

You are responsible for arranging and covering all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the artwork remains your responsibility until it has been safely received and inspected by Agricola Studio.

Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.

Damages during shipping
Please inspect your artwork upon delivery and contact us immediately if it arrives damaged during transport, so that we can assess the situation and help resolve the issue.

Exchanges
As Agricola Studio exclusively sells original artworks, exchanges are not possible. If you wish to purchase another artwork, please place a new order.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned artwork, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
